Croí Consulting
A defined project. A finite scope. One excellent piece of work.
Not every organisation needs an ongoing marketing function. Some need a specific piece of work, done well, and delivered cleanly. A campaign launch. A website rebuild. A conference. A brand refresh. A strategy sprint. An annual report. A piece of thought leadership. One clear scope, one set timeframe, one excellent piece of work.
Croí Consulting sits alongside the retainers as a project-based way to work with us. The same team, the same standard, the same strategic thinking, applied to a defined deliverable rather than an ongoing relationship. You get senior marketing leadership and hands-on execution for the duration of the engagement, and a clean handover when the work is done.
Consulting is also the right starting point if you want to experience how we work before considering a retainer. A single project gives both sides a real basis on which to decide whether an ongoing partnership is the right next step.
How a consulting engagement works
Scoping conversation
Every engagement starts with a conversation, no obligation, to understand what you are trying to achieve, the timeline, the constraints, and the shape of the work. We will tell you whether consulting is the right fit, what we would recommend, and what an indicative investment range looks like.
Proposal and agreement
A short written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline, team, and investment. Plain language, no agency jargon. Once you sign off, we begin.
Delivery
We hold the work from start to finish. You get a single point of contact, regular structured updates, and a senior team that does the work rather than supervising it. We move at the pace the project needs, not at the pace of an agency timesheet.
Handover
At the end of the engagement, you get the deliverable, a clean handover document, and an honest debrief. If we have built something that needs ongoing care, such as a standalone website, we tell you what that looks like and what your options are. No lock-in, no ongoing fees you did not agree to.

Who consulting suits
Consulting is the right fit for organisations that:
- Have a specific project that needs senior marketing leadership and execution
- Do not need an ongoing marketing function but want this piece of work done properly
- Have an internal team that needs senior support on a defined initiative
- Want to experience the Croí approach on a finite engagement before considering a retainer
- Are between strategic phases and need a clean piece of work to anchor what comes next
Investment
Consulting engagements are scoped and quoted individually. Pricing reflects the scope, complexity, and timeline of the work, with a written proposal provided before any commitment is made. Indicative ranges are shared at the scoping conversation, so you can decide whether to proceed with full visibility on what the work will cost.
Start a conversation
Tell us what you are working on. The brief does not need to be polished, and the conversation has no obligation. We will tell you whether consulting is the right fit, what we would propose, and how we would work with you to deliver it.
