Croí, the Irish word for heart, sits at the centre of this business for that reason. We believe the best communications are not just strategically sound. They are felt. They land because something true is at the core. That is what we build toward, every time.

Croí Media Group was founded on a simple observation: businesses are leaving value on the table because their communications are not connected. Great marketing undermined by a dated website. A powerful event with no follow-through. A rebrand that never made it into the copy. A senior executive with plenty to say and no platform to say it on. When there is no heart at the centre, everything pulls in a different direction.

We exist to close that gap. As a full-service agency, we hold the entire communications picture, so nothing falls through the cracks, and nothing contradicts something else. Strategy flows into execution. Execution reflects strategy. Everything works from the same place.

Ky Wilson

Meet the founder

Ky Wilson is a Melbourne-based senior marketing and communications executive with twenty years of leadership experience across the not-for-profit, government, and commercial sectors. She founded Croí Media Group in 2026 on a simple conviction: that the best communications are integrated, intentional, and built from something true at the centre. A Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) and Harvard Business School program graduate, Ky is also an author, commentator, and eighteen-time award winner across marketing, events, publications, innovation, and executive leadership. She is a frequent contributor to publications including Quadrant and The Spectator Australia, and in 2026 was appointed to the International Business Awards Marketing and Event Awards Judging Committee.
